Kitsey has worked in real estate since 2000, and has done most of the jobs the business has to offer: owning an independent brokerage and property management company, leading a brokerage as managing broker, investing in property, and representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.

It also means she has seen a transaction from more than one side of the table, and understands how a decision made today tends to look five or ten years later.

Her work runs through Northwest Colorado and the Yampa Valley, Monument and Colorado Springs, and Northeastern Utah, with particular depth in land, ranch, and rural property, and in the estate-related sales and major life transitions that often bring people to a decision in the first place.

She is the founder of Western Edge, a real estate team at eXp Realty.

She is developing a specialty in new construction and the builder communities around those areas — the floor plans, lot positions, communities, incentives, and build timelines that matter when the home you are buying isn't finished yet.

Real estate has been part of Caylie's life for as long as she can remember, and she brings a detail-oriented, organized approach to the process: clear communication and a client who always knows where things stand.

She works alongside Kitsey and the rest of the Western Edge team, so clients have a personal point of contact with the knowledge and resources of the full team behind them.
